At Innovellence, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are eligible within 7 days after the delivery of the service, such as website design. Refunds will not be granted after this period.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a proper reason and feedback regarding your request.
3. Review and Processing
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 48 hours. If we find the reason to be genuine, we will approve the refund. You will be notified of our decision via email.
4. Refund Approval
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
